Valorant is amongst the most liked first-person shooter game, to the point that even the most seasoned CS:GO players are considering switching games. It has gained rapid success, and despite being new, the game has gained quite some popularity. Moreover, the game’s world has grown even more with the advent of the Valorant e-sports Champions Tour. With the Valorant scene blooming, we see an increasing number of Valorant Pro teams emerge.
Riot Games launched the game on June 2, 2020. Organizations began creating teams before the game’s release, leading to Valorant pro matches starting soon after. The first big regional contests involving First Strike events worldwide began towards the end of 2020. The Valorant Champions Tour started in 2021 and continues to this day. But amidst this growth, the question is, who are the top five teams?
Follow the article to find the top five Valorant teams known to us.
SUCCESSFUL VALORANT TEAMS RANKINGS
Each new season of the Valorant World Championship allows fans to witness the best teams from their region play before the international matches. Top Valorant Teams compete for the tournament titles. While the Valorant Teams Rankings are unpredictable, some names remain constant.
Here are the best Valorant teams who manage to stand out from the crowd in every Valorant tournament:
1. Acend-
After becoming Valorant e-sport champions in December 2021, they became the first World Champions.
2. Gambit Esports-
Currently, at the second spot, they almost defeated Acend in 2021.
3. Sentinels-
They are the best Valorant squad in North America, both in terms of success record and playstyle.
4. 100 Thieves-
They have a fantastic lineup captained by Hiko, one of the most popular e-sport streamers.
5. Vision Strikers-
The Korean powerhouse has a fantastic track record of dominating its region since the beginning and leaving a mark on the global charts.
Gambit Esports
Gambit Esports is a professional team from Russia that has excelled in many prominent esports titles. They founded their Valorant squad in late 2020 and gradually worked their Gambit Esports rating to the top.
They have won multiple Gambit Esports Valorant Tournaments in their region, including the CIS Stage 1 Masters. Their recent win in the EMEA Stage 3 Challengers Playoffs placed them on the map amongst the Top Valorant Teams. The runners-up position in the Valorant Champions, 2021, along with the winners’ title at the VCT Stage 3 Masters in Berlin, made them one of the best Valorant E-Sports Teams.
Vision Strikers
In late 2020 and early 2021, the Vision Strikers were the most heralded squad. The Vision Strikers Valorant squad was one of the best in the world, with a 102-match winning run. However, they did not qualify for Masters: Reykjavik 2021 but qualified for Berlin and reached the playoffs.
Fans then saw a change in the Vision Strikers players. Their sixth player, Kim “Lakia” Jong-min, moved to the bench. Recently acquired by DRX, there has been no other change in the Vision Strikers members. The squad made a good start at the Valorant World Championship 2022, remaining among the top Valorant Pro Teams.
Order
Order is one of the top Valorant Teams in Australia with a high global ranking. They’ve assembled a team of pro gamers to make the Order members for the game, who together have managed to make a place amongst the top e-sport teams.
Team Order participates in esports such as Valorant, FIFA, Fortnite, League of Legends, and CS:GO, one of the most popular e-sports games around the globe. However, the impressive performances of the Order Valorant team in the Valorant E-Sports Tournament, additionally garnering a huge fan base, make the team a successful crew of their company.
